Dr. Chase Parker

Dr. Chase Terrell Parker is an optometrist based in Antioch, Tennessee. A West Tennessee native, Dr. Parker earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University before graduating from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry in 2012.

 

Following his graduation, Dr. Parker completed a primary care optometry residency at the Memphis VA Medical Center. During his training, he gained experience through externships in pediatrics, contact lenses, low vision, primary care optometry, and ocular disease management. Dr. Parker is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians, and the Middle Tennessee Optometric Physicians Society.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Parker enjoys traveling, golfing, and supporting the Tennessee Volunteers and Tennessee Titans. He has a particular passion for unique eyeglass frames and styling, always excited to help patients find eyewear that complements their personality and enhances their vision. Dr. Parker and his wife, Natasha, are the proud parents of their son, Krue. The family enjoys spending time together and are active members of Evans Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Hermitage.
